Irene has over 15 years of experience as a professional therapeutic bodyworker. Irene is passionate about combining a sensitive, communicative approach with results-focused massage techniques. She is registered with all private health funds and a Fellow member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

Irene specialises in remedial, sports, lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage, including treatment for injuries (ie sports, workplace and repetitive strain injuries) and remedying postural anomalies. Irene is also a qualified aromatherapist and creates unique remedies, including essential oils blends, balms, oils, sprays, etc.

Having gone through her fair share of injuries, including suffering in the past from ongoing debilitating back pain, Irene understands that recovery has to start from somewhere. Ongoing maintenance and support is also crucial because, as we carry on, we encounter different challenges.

​

Using knowledge acquired over the years, including working with prominent professionals, her consultations are tailored to suit individual needs. In order for clients to self-manage, Irene also incorporates the teachings of mindfulness, effective breathing, stretching and self-rolling techniques.

In her spare time, Irene enjoys practicing Pilates, Yoga and HIIT, preparing yummy healthy foods and spending time in nature.
